Karen Conn, CRNP
Karen Conn is a Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She began her nursing journey at Calhoun Community College, where she graduated with honors in 2013. During her time there, she served as President of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and was recognized as the New Century Scholar that same year.
Karen continued her education at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2014, and later obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of North Alabama in 2021, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Her clinical background spans cardiology, outpatient surgery, and emergency medicine as a registered nurse, and gastroenterology and hepatology as a nurse practitioner. Karen’s practice philosophy centers on building strong relationships with patients and delivering individualized, evidence-based care.
Outside of her work, Karen enjoys crafting, painting, and fishing. She cherishes time spent with her husband, daughter, family, and friends, and is an active member of her church community. Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Karen moved to the Huntsville area in 2010 and now calls Madison home.
