Kathryn L. Wyatt, CRNP

Katie is a certified family nurse practitioner with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as well as the North Alabama Nurse Practitioner Association.

After earning her master degree in nursing at Vanderbilt University in 2006, she traveled with her husband in the Air Force for five years.  During that time she primarily worked in the Ear, Nose and Throat and Allergy specialties near Langley Air Force Base in Virginia and in Nashville, Tennessee.  Most recently, Katie enjoyed working in an urgent care clinic near Scott Air Force Base. She uses her experience to aid in the routine follow-up of established patients, acute care, treatment of allergic reactions, and patient education here at Allergy and Asthma Specialists.

She, her husband, and their daughter have now settled in Huntsville. Originally born in Huntsville, Katie is happy to be settling back home near family. She, and her family are members of Mayfair Church of Christ. In her spare time, Katie likes to play the flute, cook, visit with family, and explore kid-friendly activities around town.
